What is included in the Free Trial?

The free trial will provide you with 60 credits which are valid for 30 days. Credits not used within the 30 days will be forfeited.

How do I use credits on the Online Customer Surveys website?

One credit can be used to send one survey to one recipient.

How many surveys can I send with the Free Trial credits?

You can send a single survey to up to sixty recipients.

Are credits transferrable?

No. Online Customer Surveys credits are not transferrable, nor redeemable for cash.
